    I like its location that close to a shopping mall and not far away from the airport. It's very convenient either for business or leisure.

    The hotel was really well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and rooms really clean. The bathroom was lovely as well. Basically attached to a shopping centre so a really convenient spot. Staff spoke very good english and service was great. Will stay there again if i visit Semarang!

    The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing.

    The location is very best place (center of Semarang city) and also especially its in the same building with the mall shopping center.

    The hotel's swimming pool doesn,t suite for the children, because its for adult only.

    Everything was perfect, had an excellent stay of our visit at ciputra hotel. The location in a very convenient area was magnificent and amazing and there were a shopping area and a supermarket nearby. We had coffee at Susan Cafe & Resto, located within 5 minutes walk. The staff was attentive when needed.

    The location of the hotel is really perfect : close to a mall if you are hungry and make some shopping. The service and the staff is really nice. I could enjoy the swimming pool and the water was clean. The room was very large with a good bed and very clean. It was a last minute booking for two days and i really didn t regret my choice ;)

    It's nice hotel manytimes I stay there because I like it so that is not so far to the town, go to airport. And there is have mall shoping center that is eazy to buy something what I need. So ciputra is the best thank you

    I loved the central location of this hotel, it was very convenient to get around and explore the surrounding area. The mall was just a stone's throw away, and it was fantastic to pop over to the shopping center during my free time. The hotel staff were also super friendly and always willing to help out with arranging transportation - I was even offered a shuttle to the train station for a low fee! The cleanliness of this hotel was also excellent, everything was well-maintained and tidy. Lastly, the breakfast had lots of options, catering to different palates and appetites.

    Nothing to fault.
